2023 Carroll Awards
The 2023 Annual Carroll Awards will honor Joyce Smith and Gregory Garrett on February 18, 2023 at 12pm at the Proud Bird Events Center, located at 11022 Aviation Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90045. tickets are $80 each and can be purchased via Paypal or tickets can be purchased by contacting board member Shonté Reeves via email at sreeves08@gmail.com. Donations are greatly appreciated as well and are accepted via cash, check, or Zelle: donate@normandiechristian.org.
Join us in celebrating two humble servants of the community who uplift our youth and contribute to the growth and development of NCS’s mission. Your presence and support will allow NCS to continue to grow and build the capacity to educate more youth.

2022 June Fundraiser
We are transitioning in 2022 with renewed focus on early education, providing enhanced instruction for preschool through third grade. We believe this adjustment will allow us to build our full program back even stronger.
Due to the success of our virtual fundraising campaigns over the past two years, the 2022 June Fundraiser will also be virtual. In lieu of the luncheon, we are again requesting a donation equal to the ticket cost or greater. The minimum donation is $75. We are encouraging congregations to donate the cost of a full table at $600. All proceeds will go directly to the needs of the school.
Our goal is to raise $30,000 to continue to invest in educational support for the students and teacher development with a focus on enrichment and supplemental activities. The campaign deadline is Monday, September 5th.
NCS Thriving to Survive 2020
Normandie Christian School has been a beacon in the South Los Angeles Area for over 45 years. We have been instrumental in educating our youth, building character, and preparing them for the future.
We appreciate the support of local congregations, $300+ Club members, church Ambassadors, family, friends and local businesses. Your monetary support has helped NCS make an impact in the community. Your donations have enhanced the technological platforms for the students, provided enriching extra-curricular activities and so much more.
As you are aware, citywide and local events have been cancelled or postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Unfortunately, this has impacted efforts to host our Annual NCS June luncheon; however, we will not be defeated! Kicking off in May 2020, we will conduct a fundraising campaign in place of the June luncheon. Our goal is to raise $30,000 to invest in educational materials for the students, teacher development and other projects to enhance the school.
We have set donor gift levels at $100/$75/$50. Donors that contribute $100 or more will be acknowledged on a special plaque adjacent to the NCS Wall of Fame. Donations in any amount are greatly appreciated. Elder Greg Garrett and Angela Jones will reach out to the leaders and Ambassadors of each congregation to secure donations from the church leaders and members.
29th Annual Carroll Awards
The 29th Annual Carroll Awards Black Tie Gala is Saturday, February 22nd at 6PM at the Carson Community Center.
Tickets are $80.00 each. The donate button below will allow you to purchase 1, 2, or multiple tickets.
We need your support to help NCS reach new heights. You can begin with a generous gift of $250, $500, $1000.00 or more to help support the school.
The school relies solely on tuition and supportive donors like you, your gift will allow NCS to continue to educate our children, some who have become attorneys, actors, physicians, etc.
